The blade of our Wu Jian is made out of 1055 Carbon steel and measures 30 inches long by 11/8 inch wide. For cutting and slashing, both edges are quite sharp and they terminate in a strong, useful point for stabbing. Created by custom knife maker Andrew Demko, the Cold Steel Grik is a pocket-friendly, functional utility and every day carry knife. The Hand-And-A-Half Dagger is a scaled down version of the companion sword in size and almost identical in appearance. The dagger offers a 13" long blade designed to cut and thrust, yet be sturdy enough to stand in for a buckler in defensive roles. Every Hand-and-a-Half Dagger reflects the highest standards in workmanship and materials and comes fully sharpened and ready for battle. Its long handle is suitable for both a one or two handed grip and is fashioned out of wood covered in black leather. These blades are made out of 1055 Carbon Steel with a tough spring temper and are surfaced with a black, baked-on anti-rust finish. Each Cold Steel machete comes with a good utility edge which, with just a little work, can be made hair shaving sharp. The tough, Polypropylene handles of our machetes are designed to provide a comfortable secure grip, and they are rugged enough to resist chipping, cracking or breaking, so they last practically forever.
